Excellent staff - always very helpful and friendly; Clean; Great location for shopping, bars & restaurants, and also some sites; Balcony access; and the amazing breakfast spread :))

The stuff was amazing. My first room was facing a big street so it was a bit too loud for me, but the reception agreed to change my room to the room facing the other side of the building.

The hotel was great! The room was nice and clean, staff was really helpful and everybody was very nice. Amazing location too, with a shopping mall super close.

The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond! So grateful about the very early check in and changing our room when we had a problem with the bathroom. If we go again to SP, definitely will return!

If you book in advance, prices are very competitive. Breakfast is one of the reason why I like to come back regularly to this hotel. Very stratetic position in Sao Paulo
