The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond! So grateful about the very early check in and changing our room when we had a problem with the bathroom. If we go again to SP, definitely will return!

Very elegant, entire staff super profissional and kind. Breakfast with a chef for omelette and Tapioca and a pianist was incredible.
